ACTUAL ICF VILLA CONSTRUCTION
• Walls to be constructed using Insulated concrete formwork (ICF) system using 150mm solid reinforced concrete and expanded polystyrene (EPS) : 50mm internal and 100mm external giving 150mm of pure thermal and noise insulating qualities, wall cavity to be filled with H25 concrete with 30 kilograms per m3 galvanised steel fibre.
