Separations to public and private boundaries ... 4 MTS   6 years ago a report was wrote , on a basic project for a hotel in this plot.  The bill was certified the July 31, 2003, was processed in the city of Malaga and to the Andalusian. Was described by the Andalusian as 4-5 star hotel, before the entry into force of the new decree of beach hotels. Este club dispone de piscinas de 25 y 50 metros ( con anteproyecto para cubrirla y climatizarla ) . Tambien dispone de escuela homologada para todo tipo de titulaciones nauticas, escuela de buceo, tienda de material deportivo, actividades de pesca, la unica gasolinera situada en un puerto deportivo en todo el termino municipal de Malaga, bar-cafeteria restaurante La Tabernilla y bar-cafeteria restaurante El Candado y Club de Playa Dado beach con servicio e instalaciones de playa, vestuarios, duchas y hamacas de playa. Todas estas instalaciones deportivas y sociales conforman el Club deportivo mas completo de toda Andalucia y posiblemente de Espana La enorme ventaja que puede disponer el promotor de este hotel es la posibilidad de utilizar todas las instalaciones antes mencionadas en los tres clubs que forman El Club sin tener que construirlas ni mantenerlas.
