The Azure Guest Villa is a modern country house with an outdoor swimming pool and several terraces perfect for sunbathing. Guests are encouraged to use the poolside barbecue and kitchen and eat their meals al fresco. There’s a small gym in case you want to work out. For trips to the beach or into the mountains, the owners can prepare a picnic lunch, if you request one 24 hours in advance. On select nights, a homemade dinner is available for a reasonable rate. You can choose between the hot breakfast and continental breakfast in the morning—either one is included in the room rate. The owners can provide scooter or mountain bike rental, airport or train station shuttle service can be arranged for parties of 4 or more. The guest house is in Olivella, a village in the middle of the Garraf Massif mountain range. Parc Natural del Garraf (Garraf Natural Park) is a great destination for hiking. Nearby are an eclectic country estate called Plana Novella, which is today used as a Tibetan Buddhist monastery, and the abandoned village of Jafra. Olivella is approx. 10.5 km/6.5 miles from the wine city of Vilafranca del Penedès (often shortened to simply Vilafranca), 15.3 km/9.5 miles from the seaside resort of Sitges, and 60 km/37.3 miles from Barcelona.
