Prado Apartments are superbly located in the city centre of Madrid, near the world-famous the Prado Museum and the Retiro Park. Within walking distance to the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and more. The Prado Apartments Madrid are well-appointed with a very comfy and cosy interior which is bound to make you feel at home. By metro, from Barajas Airport:
Alternatively you can go by metro. Take Line 8 (pink) to ‘Nuevos Ministerios’.
Change to Line 10 (blue) and head in the direction of ‘Puerta del Sur’. Get off
at the station ‘Alonso Martínez’. Take the ‘Exit’ (Salida) marked Plaza de
Santa Bárbara and walk down the square on the left side of Hortaleza Street. At
the traffic light turn left into the Fernando VI Street. Continue about 150 m
until you reach the Barquillo Street on your right hand side. Go down Barquillo
Street and turn the second street on your right into Piamonte Street. The
Apartments office is located in number 7, which is just a few metres on the
From Atocha RENFE Station:
Take Metro Line 1 (light blue) in direction of ‘Pinar de Chamartin’ and
get off at the station ‘Gran Via’. Take ‘Exit’ (Salida) Fuencarral Street.
Then, take Hortaleza Street and walk until Gravina Street (5th street on your
right). Continue Gravina Street and then turn left into Luis de Góngora Street.
Continue a few metres and then turn right into the Piamonte Street. The
Apartments office is located in number 7, on your left hand side.
From Madrid Chamartin Train Station: Take
10 (blue) and head in the direction of Puerta del Sur. Get off at Metro Alonso
Martinez. Take the ‘Exit’ (Salida) marked Plaza de Santa Bárbara and walk down
the square on the left side of Hortaleza Street. At the traffic light turn left
into the Fernando VI Street. Continue about 150 m until you reach the Barquillo
Street on your right hand side. Go down Barquillo Street and turn the second
street on your right into Piamonte Street. The Apartments Office is located in
number 7, which is just a few metres on the right side.
TIP - From Barajas Airport:
If you have lots of luggage and are travelling outside peak times, a taxi is
more convenient and will cost approximately EUR 30 to the office.
Check-in takes place at the Apartments office located in Calle Piamonte nr. 7. The instructions of how to get there are indicated below in the ‘How the reach the Apartments’ section.
Cash is the preferred method of payment and should be in Euros. Payments in cash are upon arrival at the office of the apartment. Due to charges made by credit (and debit) card companies there is a 1.75 % charge for most credit card payments. The apartment (s) do not accept Amex and Diners.
Guests in groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of EUR 50 per person at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment(s) has been checked.
Before travel, all guests must inform the property of their estimated time of arrival. This can be done using the ‘Remarks/Requests' field on the reservation form, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the booking confirmation issued by this site.
Guests checking-in between 23.00 and 01.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 25. Those arriving between 01.00 and 03.00 must pay an additional EUR 40. Check-in after 03.00 is available by prior request only.
