Perfect for groups, Balms apartments offers spacious self-catering accommodations. Each apartment measuring 135 square meters includes 5 nicely decorated rooms. The kitchenettes are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee and thee facilities. Moreover, these accommodations welcoming adults only can easily be accessed via an elevator.
Accommodating from 10 up to 12 people, Apt. Balmes Barcelona offers two heated flats divided in 2 double rooms, 2 or 3 twin rooms and an extra triple room in the apartment for 11 people. Both accommodations include two bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer, a balcony as well as a washing machine.

By metro: Take the red metro line 1 or the purple metro line 2 to 'Universitat' station or take the red metro line 1 or the green metro line 3 to 'Catalunya' station. From there, walk to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat to reach the hotel.
From Barcelona Airport: Take the Aerobus to 'Placa Catalunya'. From 'Placa Catalunya' it is approximately 8 minutes walking to the other side of Placa Catalunya and the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat. Walk towards the large CAIXA sign that is located above Placa Catalunya.
From Sants train/bus station: Take the green metro line 3 to the 'Catalunya' station. Walk to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat to reach the hotel.
From 'Estacio del Nord' bus station: Take a taxi to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat or take the metro to the 'Universitat' stop.

The minimum stay in this accommodation is 3 nights.
There is no reception area, the office is open every day from 09:00 to 21:00. It is mandatory to call the accommodation when you arrive in Barcelona, before you arrive at the apartment, in order to arrange the exact check-in time.
Parties are not allowed in the apartment which implies no loud music, no smoking or heavy drinking.
The remaining balance will have to be paid upon arrival in cash and in EUR only. Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.
A fee of EUR 80.00 is charged for final cleaning.
A 500 EUR security deposit is required upon arrival is 100% refundable.
Check-in is free between 14:00 and 21:00.
Check-in outside of these hours incurs the following charges:
- 21:01 to 23:00 costs EUR 50.00
- 23:01 to 01:00 costs EUR 75.00
- 01:01 to 11:59 costs EUR 100.00
There is no luggage storage at the apartments, however this facility is offered at Sants railway station and at the Nord bus station.
