These apartments are is located in the centre of Barcelona and so is within easy reach of all means of public transport: metro, bus, train and taxi.
The closest metro station is 'Urquinaona'.
From Barcelona International Airport, El Prat you can take the aerobus to Plaza Catalunya and then take either a short taxi or the metro to the Boutique Hotel (the key pick-up point). The nearest metro stop to the Boutique Hotel is Passeig de Gracia.
Alternatively you take the Renfe train from the aiport to Passeig de Gracia which is within walking distance of the Boutique Hotel.
From the hotel the apartments are only a short taxi or metro ride away.
From 1st November 2012 a tourist tax of EUR 0.75 per person (from the age of 16) per night applies, with a maximum of 7 nights' charge per person.
Deposit: There
will be an EUR 300 security deposit by credit card on pre-authorization, which
will be returned after departure when it is verified that the apartment is in a
reasonable state.
Cleaning
service is not included in the price.
Key pick-up: Upon arrival guests need to go
to Boutique Hotel Barcelona, located at Pau Claris, 145, ent. 1 to collect the
keys, and for directions to the apartment and a map of Barcelona. The hotel is open 24
hours per day and is near metro station ‘Passeig de Gracia’.
Cancellation
policy: If cancelled between 2 and 14 days prior to arrival
1 night will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of a no show, the
total price of the reservation will be charged.
