Spanish Bank Property from Blanca Inmobiliaria (San Miguel de Salinas, Alicante) is owned by myself, Andy Fox.  I have worked in the Spanish real estate business since moving to Spain with my family in 2005.  Since 2007 I have worked for Spain´s 3rd largest savings bank as a mortgage adviser and financial services/insurance agent, and have been involved with hundreds of property transactions, mainly for non-residents purchasing second homes on the Costas.  Because I am also an agent for the banks property arm, I hand-select the best distressed and repossessed property bargains as they become available, and showcase them on this website.
