That's over 20 years of experience that is now at your fingertips, from the construction of various pavillions in EXPO'92 in Seville to involvement at management levels of beach and golf resorts on the costa calida and only recently (the past 3 years) he has become involved and is mastering Feng Shui and Sthapatyaveda; two age old forms of organising and harmonising energy in the environment.

We liaise with spanish banks, financial institutions and reputable developers, to obtain fantastic opportunities in terms of price and financing and we are constantly improving our negotiations to get the best deals to buy a new key ready property or under construction.

Everyone always wants to make their money more profitable and even though economic recovery in Spain is not widely accepted to be prompt or accelerated, due to the current economic climate and lack of confidence, there are cetainly interesting options out there.

The problem is finding what does it for you. In many instances what you thought you wanted, is nowhere near what you really need once you have inspected the different options.
