The villa is 6 km from Moraira, 10 km from Calpe and 6 km to Benissa. Property Details The villa is split in to 3 separate apartments and will accommodate up to 15 people. The pool is at the lower level and there is a fully equipped outside kitchen and dining area, gas BBq., dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, gazebo, sun terrace. The top apartment has open plan living room and glazed dining area with sea views, archway to fully equipped open plan kitchen, TV with spanish and english channels. There are 2 double bedrooms, en suite shower room and family bathroom. The lower and middle apartments both have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The top apartment is the seventh bedroom but this is only available in July and August each year. It is effectively a 7 bedroom villa during July & August and a 6 bedroom villa at other times of the year. Further Notes on Accommodation *****The whole villa sleeps 15 and can be rented as per the prices below. Alternatively : The 3 self contained apartments can be rented individually: Bottom Apartment : 250 pw - 500 pw. Top & Middle Apartment : 300 pw - 600 pw. Amenities of the Property: Pets Accepted, TV and DVD Player, Barbecue, Room Fans, Washing Machine, Fridge, Microwave, Swimming Pool (Private), Stove / Hob, Oven, Iron / Ironing Board, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Accessibility: There are some steps from the road to the villa but parking for approx. 10 cars is available at the rear so no need to use the steps. Outside the Property: Lovely pool area with fully equipped outside kitchen, gas BBq., sun terrace with stunning sea views. Details on the Coast and Beach: Moraira town and harbour and wonderful modern marina, a short drive away. Nearest supermarket restaurants and beaches 10 mins by car. Other beach resorts such as Javea, Calpe and Altea are a 20 minute drive. Golf Details: The local Golf de Ifach is a 5 minute drive away. Javea, La Sella near Denia and Altea golf courses are all within a 30 minute drive. Travelling to the Property: The villa is in an ideal location for touring the area so we would advise hiring a car as there are many interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive up and down this beautiful coastline, Useful Distances: Alicante Airport, 60 minutes (approx). Valencia Airport, 1hr 20 mins (approx). Further Details: Change over dates can be flexible, but access on arrival is available from 4 pm and we request the villa is vacated on day of departure by 10am. we would request no smoking inside the villa.
